Seasonal Catering with French Desserts & Appetizers
We make the recipes for all of our French desserts and appetizers with organic ingredients and low refined sugars, and let the seasons determine the foods we make! During the month of March, we will be cooking the food we use in our catering with seasonal vegetables and fruits only! This includes:
Asparagus, Beetroot, Carrot, Celery, Cabbage, Endive, Spinach, Leek, Lemon, Kiwi, Orange, Grapefruit, Pear, Apple
About
I was raised in Jura, a beautiful area in the East of France, close to Switzerland. My parents were winemakers. In the vineyards of l'Etoile—the village where I was born—We find star-shaped fossils, which are responsible for the quality of the wine ("l'Etoile" is French for "star"). I started cooking by myself when I was 7 years old, and my first big event was my sister's wedding when I was 13. She liked my gougères so much she didn't want our local baker to make them! So I made 500 of them and they were gone very fast. Quite the introduction to catering!
Then life went on and I ended up having a more or less standard office job. But in 2015, my life changed because of an accident. As I have been miraculously recovering for the last few years, I decided I would embark on a new adventure and focus on doing what I enjoy the most for living—cooking my French desserts and appetizers for anyone and everyone!
My sister is still a winemaker and currently lives in our childhood home.
